There are so many things that I LOVE. And as much as some people hate Valentine’s Day, I love it. Sure some people might call it a “Hallmark Holiday” but some people really need the reminder that they should  love more on a day to day basis.

My friend Scotty James released his new single, “Miss You Good” today. It’s amazing and the perfect day to release a new song.  Check it out! You just might fall in love.

I went for a short run and I noticed that I’m starting to get blotches on my chest. The only thing I have changed in my diet is taking Vitamin D pills. And I reaaaaally hope that my little pills of sunshine aren’t giving me a reaction. Luckily peanut butter cups never let me down! Nom, nom, nom! And there’s always nutrients in the form of homemade soup. Delish!
