Pumpkin Pie Frozen Greek Yogurt!

October is here which means everyone is going pumpkin galore!  Pumpkin pie, pumpkin smoothies, and are you ready for it… my latest recipe:

This delicious, nutritious, and protein packed treat could’t be easier to make!

Ingredients:

2 Cups of Plain Greek Yogurt
1 Can of Pumpkin Filling (540ml)
1 Teaspoon of Vanilla Extract
1 Teaspoon of Cinnamon
1/2 Teaspoon of Nutmeg

Directions:

1) Mix all of your ingredients into a large bowl.
2) Pour the mixture into your ice cream/frozen yogurt maker for 15 minutes.
3) Bon appétit!

If you prefer to have a more frozen greek yogurt, place it in a freezer container and pop it in the freezer for about 2 hours.

If you are like me and can eat an entire pumpkin pie to yourself in one sitting, you are going to fall in love with this recipe. Don’t say I didn’t warn you!
