If there are two things I love it’s great design and everything athletic. Kathrin over at Water Bobble just gave me two of my favourite things in one:
Yes, that’s a WATER BOBBLE! You may have seen them on CNN, MTV, CityLine, Women’s and Men’s Health Magazines, and The New York Times.
They are a filtration system built into your water bottle. It’s perfect for those outdoor adventures when all you can find is tap water from a dirty old water fountain. All you have to do is fill up your bobble and the carbon filter will take out the chlorine and organic contaminants for you! Each filter replaces 300 water bottles, are certified BPA free and free of harmful phthalates and PVS, 100% reusable and 100% recyclable! After 300 uses, you can buy a new replacement filter in any of these fabulous colours and it’s like you have an entirely new bottle!
My fellow designers may have noticed that these are works of art by the brilliant Karim Rashid who has one numerous awards for the Bobble including the Good Green Award.
So, how did my Bobble do on it’s test run?
At the office?
Like a dream! The bobble was pretty much a pretty accessory on my desk that I couldn’t stop drinking from.
On the treadmill?
Not my favourite water bottle for running with. When I’m running at high speeds I found it difficult to get a huge gulp of water back. I’m one of those aggressive runners who just wants to squeeze a bottle and have a quarter of a cup of liquid go down my throat in 0.45 seconds. When I was walking on my cool down, it was great!
On the mat?
Beauty! It was definitely a great addition to my workout. It was there when I needed it and looked at me with come hither eyes to remind me to keep hydrated. And with a pretty piece like that- why wouldn’t you!?
What’s great about them is the variety of sizes they come in! Kathrin sent me a 1 litre bottle as well as a 550 ml bottle. The 550 ml is perfect for my purse and the 1 litre has found a new home on my desk! Hello, hydration!

Blue medium please
I just love my bobble it's amazing everything about it water taste amazing and I wish they would sell more places and the blog was great I would love to win a medium bobble and the pink blue and yellow filter but any coulor would be great
