This weekend I am competing at Provincials for cheerleading so it’s taper week! Just like I would taper for a half marathon, I’m tapering my workouts to make sure that my muscles are pumped and ready for the two day competition. Tapering is so hard for me to do, so I have to workout to lighter music so that I don’t overwork myself.
My playlist for this week is full of fun, poppy music at a slower tempo than usual. My intensity is out the window this week.
