I decided to break out my yoga mat and weights to do some relaxing stretching and strengthening. It worked out really well. I incorporated yoga, pilates, and body building weight techniques. Ok, maybe not so much body building because let’s get real– that’s just not me. But I was feeling the burn like the kick-butt coach Jillian Michael’s would. I decided to play Joshua Radin’s latest album The Rock and theTide in the background to keep that nice relaxing feel.
And then I found this album that just might work better next time…
