Pumped Up Playlist

My motivation on Monday’s usually comes from my music. I love pumping up my playlists for my Monday workout and carrying some of those songs into my workouts during the week. Testing out new songs on a run is a way that you can tell what songs really get you to run at your happy pace and what songs you should include on your race day soundtrack. 


These are my favs of the week: 


1)   Wild Ones- Flo Rida feat. Sia


These songs make me think I look like the top picture when I run. In actuality, I for sure look like the bottom picture.
