Jennifer @ Peas and Crayons requested a full on What I Ate Wednesday Report. So, I’m taking you through 12 hours of my day of delicious fruit, snacks, meals, and what would have been secret indulgences!
Starting with a mix of Orange and Grapefruit Juice at 7:15 am:
Followed closely with a bowl of oats, bran, wheat germ, flax seed, milk and honey at 7:30am:
And then I arrive at my desk with a double shot latte that I prepared myself and start enjoying it at 8:30am:
By 10:00am I’m ready for more food. So it’s on to the seedless watermelon from the Farmer’s Market! I may have asked him how the watermelon is seedless. I got a long scientific story on it. Lesson learned:
Yes, I sided it with a London Fog Latte. On a rainy day, it’s just perfect treat! And then the Carrot Cake Mini Cupcake was looking too pretty to sit on a shelf all day so naturally, I had to have it:
At 2pm I realised that I forgot to take my vitamins that I usually take with my first snack of the day, today that would have been my watermelon. So, I took my fish oil, Vitamin D, and my Multi-Vitamin:
Aren’t those horse pills?! My vitamin d looks like a wimp next to those bad boys. Luckily, I had some London Fog left to wash them down. I’m one of those people that could drink tea hot or cold.
By 4pm I was ready for another snack. I usually just pack them into my lunch and not think about how much I packed but I really wanted to know how many veggies I actually had today. So, I measured them out before I ate them:
At 5:45pm it was dinner time. Today, it was prepared by mumsy so I don’t have a new recipe for you this week. It was a delicious Irish stew:
I always have a cup of tea after dinner and it usually comes with a treat. Today I went for a macaroon:
